Hi, I’m Victoria (CiS, She, Her, Hers).

Having struggled academically and failing School, I overcame my challenges when I became fascinated by the psychology of what makes people tick.

After gaining a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and then a teaching degree, I returned to the same school I failed at to teach there. I continued to educate myself and gained an MSc in Occupational Psychology, Psychometric Professional Practice certificates (Ability and Personality), an ILM in Coaching & Mentoring and a few other qualifications along the way (addicted to learning)!

My psychology training and life experiences led me to coaching; specialising in neurodiversity, leadership, performance, development and climate resilience coaching.

I’m a mum to humans, a dog and a cat. I’m based in Norwich and I’m #AuDHD which means that I hyperfocus and have a fantastic sense of smell and taste (useful for my side hustle- Wine tasting; I took the WSET Wine Exams and just sold a Wine Shop).

My Approach

I designed and delivered a workshop focused on coaching skills and creativity, tailored for entrepreneurial startups in Hastings, East Sussex.

My approach is to understand the challenge you face and problem solve together to make sure we understand the impact this has on you, your team, your organisation and your stakeholders.

Drawing upon the psychological scientific research and coaching models, I will ask questions to find out how you can move yourself forward with greater clarity and insight; equipped to meet the demands of current and future challenges.

Neuroplasticity

Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to change itself constantly by creating new neural pathways and losing those which are no longer used…. which will help the brain remain open-minded, intuitive and able to overcome biases throughout adulthood.

Dr Tara Swart

If we are going to find sustainable solutions then we have to find a way to grasp the paradox that it is only through facing our vulnerability, painful truths, collective denial, grief and loss that we will be able to develop the emotionally informed and sustainable action that we need to take to save ourselves as well as the planet.
